THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THAT ANY CASKET REPRESENTED AS HAVING PROTECTIVE FEATURES, WHICH MAY INCLUDE A GASKET, WILL PRESERVE HUMAN REMAINS.
Our funeral home makes no representation or warranties about the protective value of certain caskets or outer burial containers other than those made by the manufacturer. The only warranties, expressed or implied, granted in connection with goods sold with this funeral service are the written warranties, if any, extended by the manufacturers thereof. No other warranties, and specifically, no warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are extended by the seller.
The terms “protected”, “non protected”, “gasketed” and “non gasketed” which may be found in some printed materials by the manufacturer were chosen by the manufacturer and do not constitute or imply representation of warranty by this Olive Tree Mortuary, Inc. Although certain caskets offered for sale by this funeral establishment may be better quality, construction, and comprised of more durable material than others, neither this funeral home nor any of its employees represents or implies that any casket will be airtight or waterproof or will provide any preservation of human remains.
